Processing Time:
Orders are custom-made and typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Options:
- First Class Shipping (USPS): 2–6 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS): 2–3 business days with tracking

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak shopping seasons.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are made-to-order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, delayed delivery, or buyer’s remorse.

We gladly offer replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your order is incorrect (wrong design, text, or item)

To request a return for an eligible issue:

  1. Email us within 3 days of delivery at hmdesignstudious@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Allow 1–2 business days for a response from our team

Please note: Holiday-themed merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday.

Our standard production time is 1–3 business days. Orders typically arrive within of ordering, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

🚚 Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes! You can add Rush Shipping here to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2–3 days). Please note this does not reduce production time.

📦 Can I return or cancel my order?

All sales are final. Each item is made to order and cannot be changed, canceled, or returned once placed.

📏 How do I choose the right size?

Every listing includes a size chart. For the best fit, compare it to a favorite shirt you already own.

📬 What happens if my package is lost?

If your package was insured, we’ll assist with a claim. If not, please contact USPS with your tracking number. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages without shipping insurance.
